Hello everyone! It’s been a minute since I posted (I’ll let you know why when the time is right) but in our house we’ve been working on Christmas and we’ve already finished one of our traditions! Sending Christmas cards to active members of the Canadian Armed Forces who will be stationed away from their families over the Christmas season!

In this recent article, CTV Ottawa gives you all the details, but I’ll give you the rundown here as well! While you are writing your Christmas cards this year, set a few aside for our active service members, thank them for their service and whatever else you may usually write in them. G and I like to make handmade cards, this year we mailed 10, doubling the 5 we mailed last year!

Please get them in the mail as early as possible so they can be forwarded to our Service Members in time for Christmas! (Before the first weekend of December is the very latest).
